About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with key stakeholders, BCM team members, and other Dairy ART teams to facilitate necessary changes within the IT production world. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that both IT & Business succeed in managing change when implementing IT solutions to reveal business value.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Change Management Strategies: You will design and execute plans and initiatives to support the adoption and implementation of new IT systems, processes, and technologies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to identify, assess, and prioritize change impacts and risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Change Leadership and Facilitation: Lead and facilitate change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training, and organizational readiness assessments.
  • Progress Monitoring and Tracking: Ensure timely delivery and effective change adoption by monitoring and tracking the progress of change initiatives.
  • Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders throughout the change process, addressing any resistance or barriers to change.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Handle all types of stakeholders with ease and confidence.
  • Passion for Change Management: Demonstrate a strong interest in implementing organizational changes.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Possess problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Relevant Qualifications: Hold a master's degree in a relevant field, such as IT Communication, Business, or a related area.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably with a good understanding of business and process knowledge.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, both verbally and written.
  • Presentation Skills: Deliver high-quality presentations effectively.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficient in Microsoft O365 and project management tools like Azure DevOps.
  • Training and Certifications: Familiarity with BCM training and the ADKAR model, PROSCI framework, or other relevant certifications.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel occasionally, as per business needs.
