  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams across various practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide strategic insights on project management and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Leadership: Oversee public sector projects, driving success through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
  2. Bid Management: Develop and manage bid strategies, crafting compelling proposals that meet client needs and expectations.
  3. Team Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with colleagues, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across projects.
  4. Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, driving business growth and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, technology, science, or engineering.
  • 8+ years of experience in project and bid management, preferably within the public sector or consulting.
  • In-depth understanding of public sector operations and procurement processes.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools like Microsoft Office, MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Prince2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
  • Experience working with international government agencies or public sector organizations.
  • Background in consulting firms.
