At Iron Mountain, we're committed to preserving and protecting our customers' valuable assets. As a Master Data Subject Matter Expert, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our customer master data records.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Restore contracts with clients responsible for 80% of revenue in DACH countries, validating key master data and reconciling it with clients' legal documents.
  • Locate physical or scanned copies of valid contracts, and initiate signature of new documents with clients as needed.
  • Clean up customer information settings across various systems, ensuring a single, comprehensive view of customer information.
  • Scan restored contracts to create a repository and database.
  • Collect customer critical master data, identifying historical and non-standard requirements in contracts.
  • Clean and reconcile clients' hierarchies across SalesForce, Ops systems, and Oracle in line with Lightspeed recommendations.
  • Eliminate duplicated or obsolete accounts across systems.
  • Develop solutions to avoid master data mistakes in business-as-usual mode.
  • Supervise a group of 3-5 master data specialists working on documents restoration and data clean-up.
  • Analyze data integrity for defined systems, identify problem areas, and conduct audits and reviews of customer data.
  • Provide expert solutions to intricate business problems, requiring a deep understanding of organizational objectives and data intricacies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and German.
  • Quickly adapts to change and demonstrates ownership, accountability.
  • Understanding of data quality principles and best practices.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and demonstrates ownership, accountability.
  • Sound experience in a customer services environment or administrative background or analytical work environment.
  • Team management skills.
  • Project participation experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years related functional customer master data experience.
