Job Overview

The Senior Brand Manager Poland is responsible for delivering brand performance targets in the assigned markets, driving value creation for the company. This role involves creating a legacy of Bacardi and driving key decisions that affect the presence and positioning of the Bacardi brand in these markets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Consumer, Shopper and Customer Understanding:
  • Create a deep understanding of target consumer and shopper groups to inform brand strategy and operational planning.
  • Lead a robust situation assessment for the brand in the assigned markets as input into the annual integrated activity planning process.
  • Support the regional innovation strategy to identify consumer, shopper or customer opportunities in the assigned markets.
  • Build strong data-driven relationships via audience precision targeting, personalized content, and experiences to address consumer needs effectively.
Brands Strategy and Activity Planning
  • Consult on and guide European strategic planning on portfolio and geographic participation strategy and A&P budget allocation.
  • Define brand jobs to be done for Bacardi and participate in prioritizing overall European jobs to be done at the start of the annual integrated activity planning process.
  • Define short-mid-long-term growth plans, strategic priorities, implement global pricing strategy, and methods for measuring and evaluating A&P spend effectively.
  • Recommend and secure alignment from the European brand director Bacardi on how to allocate assigned brands' A&P by activity to optimize returns and achieve the jobs to be done.
  • Plan and build consumer-centric brand experiences in line with the approved IAP that deliver seamless consumer journeys using the available ecosystem.
Integrated Brand Communication
  • Work in close partnership with the Global and Regional team to co-create assets and deliver projects while ensuring the country's voice is heard and considered in strategic development.
  • Lead the execution of selected global brand assets as assigned by the European brand director Bacardi.
  • Ensure successful integration and activation in the assigned markets of global brand assets, including digital and content programs.
  • Ensure that brand assets adhere to global brand guidelines and local social responsibility policies and regulations.
  • Provide brand input and partner closely with Regional and Local Customer Marketing on the execution of all shopper-facing activities developed in the region.
  • Manage directly the execution of brand campaigns in the countries.
