In this exciting role as a Project & Business Development Manager, you will be driving sustainable growth and expansion in our Waste to Energy business. About the Project Scope

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing projects across various areas, including international tenders, acquisitions, and setting up merchant plants. This involves conducting thorough analysis, ensuring solutions meet customer expectations, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Leveraging expertise in business development, market research, and stakeholder engagement to drive business growth.
  • Developing effective strategies for winning new business deals, utilizing expertise in proposal development, pitching, and presentation techniques.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues to provide insights and support for business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • + 5 years' experience in business development and sales within the infrastructure sector, preferably in the service sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, decision-makers, and industry experts.
  • Track record of achieving revenue targets, expanding business portfolios, and fostering partnerships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Polish.
