Job Summary

This is a challenging role as IT Security Strategist & Risk Management Leader at Intive, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing a long-term information security strategy. As a key member of the executive management team, you will communicate security risks and best practices to stakeholders across the business.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Strategist & Risk Management Leader to lead our security program and foster a security-aware culture within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and maintain an enterprise-wide information security strategy that aligns with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, TISAX).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy and risk management program.
  • Communicate security risks and best practices to executive management, senior leadership, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology development and maintenance align with security policies and guidelines.
  • Oversee the evaluation, selection, and implementation of innovative and cost-effective information security solutions.
  • Manage regular intrusion detection and vulnerability reporting, internal and external audit reviews, and incident response planning.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, along with professional security management certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, Lead Auditor). You should have hands-on experience with information security management frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001 or TISAX) and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Innovative thinking, leadership abilities, and supervisory experience are also essential.
