About this role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Event Management and Business Growth Expert to join our team in the UK insurance sector.

You will be responsible for coordinating internal sector events, supporting team participation in external conferences, and facilitating alignment between teams to ensure seamless execution of UK sector processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning: Organise internal sector events and conferences to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Collaboration: Facilitate alignment between teams to ensure effective communication and drive business growth.
  • Support: Assist business consultants and the Inside Sales team in building relationships with clients and leads to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.
  • Media: Support the UK team in media interactions and ensure the execution of the global media strategy in the UK to maintain a strong brand reputation.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to facilitate collaboration and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite to support business operations and data analysis.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in event organisation, employer branding, or executive support at the board level to bring valuable expertise and insights to the role.
