About the Role:

Aptiv is seeking a skilled Electromagnetic Compatibility Test Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely completion of tasks and tests in accordance with customer requirements and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analysis of customer requirements, international, and industry standards in the area of electromagnetic compatibility testing (EMC).
  2. Development of test and validation plans, including scope, standards, methods, test conditions, resource estimation, and test schedules.
  3. Supervision of tests conducted at external laboratories and oversight of tasks necessary for their completion.
  4. Preparation, verification, and approval of test reports.
  5. Management of laboratory equipment, including scheduling maintenance and calibration activities.
  6. Coordination of activities with project teams and customers regarding planned/performed tests.
  7. Management of the laboratory team responsible for product tests and training others in test-related areas.

About You:

We are looking for an engineering graduate with a degree in electronics, electrical engineering, physics, or similar. You should be fluent in English and have an analytical approach to problem-solving.
