Hiring Strategist: A Game-Changing Opportunity at Molecular Diversity Preservation International

We are seeking a talented Hiring Strategist to join our Recruitment Service Centre in Kraków.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying top talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Scheduling & Coordination: Organizing interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  2. Candidate Sourcing: Actively searching for top talent across different platforms for EU/NA roles
  3. Job Advertisements: Assisting in creating and posting job ads through various channels
  4. Networking & Outreach: Supporting employer branding efforts, attending job fairs, and collaborating with universities
  5. Recruitment Process Support: Helping HR employees develop in the area of recruitment and selection
  6. HR Projects: Participating in different HR and recruitment-related projects
  7. Administrative Support: Handling various tasks to support the hiring process and recruitment strategy

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Law, or Management
  2. Experience: 3+ years in recruitment (IT recruitment or agency/RSC experience preferred)
  3. Sourcing & Interviewing: Strong candidate search and English communication skills
  4. HR & Tools: Knowledge of recruitment processes, ATS, or HR software
  5. Work Style: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle tasks independently while respecting confidentiality and teamwork
