Job Description

As an AR Accountant with Spanish language skills, you will play a crucial role in managing accounts receivable tasks for designated countries or legal entities. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Handling accounts receivable tasks for designated countries or legal entities.
  2. Ensuring compliance with accounting guidelines, focusing on accurate credit management, billing, and invoicing processes.
  3. Executing cash application activities, managing collections, and resolving disputes efficiently.
  4. Preparing and overseeing bad debt provisions while implementing relevant internal controls.
  5. Performing end-to-end credit analysis, dispute resolution, and cash allocation processes.
  6. Ensuring timely and accurate completion of month-end and period-end closing activities in line with the closing calendar.
  7. Contributing to the development and maintenance of systems, processes, and documentation related to AR policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, enabling effective communication.
  • Familiarity with working in a Shared Services framework or similar operational model.
  • Comprehensive understanding of accounts receivable workflows and best practices.
  • Practical experience with SAP.
