Goldman Recruitment is seeking a Financial Manager to support the establishment of a new Shared Services Center in Kraków. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in finance and accounting, with the ambition to develop their managerial skills and contribute to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts, providing analysis to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and control departmental expenditures, assisting in cost reduction initiatives and providing financial insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls, supporting external and internal audit processes as required.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including accounting, procurement, and operations, to gather financial information and support cross-functional projects.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by senior management to support the overall financial strategy of the company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, preferably within an SSC or multinational company environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Progress towards a professional certification (ACCA, CIMA) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial software, and advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to effectively communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
