About Our Client

Our Client is a global business with a strong commitment to sustainability and delivering high-quality products. They have a strategically growing Shared Service Centre/Global Business Services (SSC/GBS) structure.

Job Overview

  • Contribute to the development and optimization of the Middle Office function, driving process improvements and financial risk management alignment with Treasury Policy.
  • Design and enhance processes, work instructions, and financial risk measurement in line with Treasury Policy.
  • Provide essential data for cash flow forecasting, global liquidity planning, and senior management reporting.
  • Support Front Office teams with actionable insights, budget data, and compliance-related tasks.
  • Maintain intercompany capital structures, including loans, documentation, transfer pricing, and settlements.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with KYC requirements through daily systems checks using Kyriba.
  • Manage credit card administration, cash flows from sanctioned regions, and insurance-related tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborate on automation initiatives and year-end audit processes.
  • Proactively train, support, and upskill colleagues while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Align tasks with your manager and contribute to cross-functional Treasury projects.
  • Work independently in SAP and related systems, addressing ad hoc tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant

For this role, we are looking for a highly skilled professional with:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Treasury or a relevant GBS function.
  • Good knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures.
  • Experience working with bank payments and portals.
  • High standards of integrity.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of insurances is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with documented process improvement experiences.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English; other language skills are considered a benefit.
