EWL Solutions PSA is seeking a seasoned Data Platform Transformation Director to lead our data-focused team in designing and delivering cutting-edge data solutions. As a pivotal member of our Client's team, you will play a key role in shaping our technical direction and providing expertise in data platforms, warehouses, and modern analytics.

  • Leading the Domain: Manage and develop a data-focused team, setting standards for delivery and quality.
  • Shaping Strategy: Guide technical direction and provide expertise in data platforms, warehouses, and modern analytics.
  • Collaborating & Innovating: Work with diverse teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and impactful data solutions.
  • Uplifting Teams: Cultivate technical skills and professional growth within the team.
  • Optimizing Processes: Establish best practices and workflows to ensure seamless project delivery.
About You

We are looking for a motivated leader with a love for data and a talent for empowering teams. If you have a strong background in analytics, data architectures, lake house models, data warehousing, and architectural frameworks, we want to hear from you.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Min. 4 years of in-depth conceptual and practical expertise in analytics, data architectures, lake house models, data warehousing, and architectural frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and modern cloud solutions.
  • Strong leadership and client-facing capabilities, with an ability to simplify complex technical solutions and take full responsibility for the successful execution and delivery of projects.
  • Passion for driving efficiency and bringing creative solutions to life.
  • Professional fluency in English and an eagerness to stay ahead of emerging trends in data.
