We are offering an attractive salary in the range of 90000 - 120000 PLN per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of complex transformation projects across multiple workstreams. This position requires strong project management skills, including developing comprehensive project plans, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects meet business objectives and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of international projects from initiation to closure.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, resources allocation, risk management, and other aspects as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define requirements, milestones, governance, and responsibilities.
  • Establish clear communication channels to ensure effective progress reporting.
  • Monitor performance, build, and track key metrics, ensuring projects are on track and meeting quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration or related field; or high school degree/4th level vocational qualification in project management and 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English (C1 or above CEFR framework).
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in an international context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
