Are you an experienced Salesforce Administrator looking for a new challenge? Do you want to work with a leading banking IT team? Look no further We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and securing the Salesforce environment, automating processes, supporting users, and collaborating on system integrations.

What We Offer:

- The opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies like Salesforce, API, middleware, SOQL/SQL, relational databases, and ETL

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the Salesforce environment: configuration, maintenance, monitoring
- Create and modify automation rules (e.g., Flow)
- User administration: managing profiles, roles, permissions, and access
- Develop reports and dashboards to support operations and strategy
- Implement best practices for security and system performance
- Collaborate with business and system analysts to achieve business goals
- Manage the Salesforce admin team
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support users

Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionalities (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) and admin tools
- Ability to create advanced reports and dashboards
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Experience with integrations (API, middleware, etc.)
- Knowledge of SOQL/SQL, relational databases, and ETL processes
