Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a Global Marketing Technology Strategy & Roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership
  • Manage product usage, budgets, and renewals to ensure cost-effective marketing technology resource deployment
  • Administer access levels, user groups, and permissions within the marketing technology stack
  • Oversee new technology requests, manage renewals, and lead the optimization of the technology stack
  • Align marketing technology with cross-stack and cross-functional initiatives to support organizational objectives
  • Represent the Marketing department on the Enterprise Architecture Review Board and Ai Venture Board
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Marketing Analytics, IT, and ED&A teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction among end-users within the Marketing department
