Back Office Specialist with Expertise in French Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Back Office Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems and documents in a French-speaking environment.
About the Role:This role involves managing customer data, updating information in the system, creating contract features, invoicing customers, and ensuring timely electronic archiving of documents. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in similar positions and possess strong knowledge of French (min. B2 level) and English.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer data and update information in the system
- Create contract features relevant to services
- Invoice customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving of all relevant documents
- Prepare statistics and reports related to service administration
- Respond to customer email enquiries related to contract maintenance
- Cooperate with business partners in countries supported by the team
- Previous professional experience in similar positions
- Very good knowledge of French (min. B2 level) and English
- Well-developed MS Office skills
- Quick perception and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work according to clearly defined rules and focus on time frames
