Let's talk This job is all about: Leading and mentoring iOS developers, including planning their career development during one-on-one meetings. Making decisions related to mobile team development, structure and recruitment. Resolving conflicts and handling challenging situations effectively. Driving the delivery of high-quality iOS applications for outstanding local and global brands. Conducting code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring high coding standards. Collaborating closely with other departments such as Project Management, Quality Assurance and Product Design. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other vendors. We're looking for: At least 10 years of commercial experience in developing iOS applications with a proven track record of successful project leadership and delivery. Expert-level knowledge of Swift and a deep understanding of modern iOS frameworks, including SwiftUI. Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable application architectures (e.g., MVVM, MVVM-C, TCA, Clean Architecture). Strong command of English, enabling effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills with a genuine passion for helping others grow. Proactive and creative problem-solving abilities, with a focus on strategic and long-term solutions.
