Overview Job Description Head of Sales is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving business growth efforts at the NATEK Group level by ensuring the alignment and performance of sales teams across four countries. The HoS will plan and lead the global sales strategy, identify opportunities to increase and optimize the sales pipeline, processes, and efficiency. In close cooperation with Country Managers, the HoS will exert strong dotted-line leadership, ensuring that regional sales goals and initiatives align with the company’s global objectives. The role drives business growth through territory, market, and service segmentation, accelerating revenue and profitability, including margin improvement. The role also involves developing client prospecting, service offerings, and pre-sales activities focused on new business development aligned with the company strategy. An ideal candidate will demonstrate deep sales and management experience and must have a proven track record in sales processes, international sales projects, and dealing with procurement. Location: Hybrid work from one of our office in Poland: Warsaw, Gdansk or Wroclaw. Responsibilities SALES STRATEGY Collaborate with executive leadership to build annual sales efficiency towards the business plan. Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth, ensuring consistent sales methodologies and CRM practices across markets. Improve the range of sales performance measurements from prospecting to invoicing. Monitor and execute sales performance indicators by developing annual expected sales volume and profit for new service offers. Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and performance oversight to local teams in four countries: PL, SK, CZ, BG.
