Senior IT Application Support Engineer

We are looking for you, if you have: ~2-3 years of experience as a DevOps preferably in Financial Markets area, ~ good knowledge of Linux/UNIX (incl. script programming) and Oracle DB (or other SQL databases), ~ Java, Python, other), ~ experience operating, monitoring and supporting applications, ~ experience with scripting languages and automation of manual activities (e.g. testing, deployment), ~ English level - C1 daily operation (mailbox monitoring) and applications monitoring, tasks automation, process improvements, monitoring and reporting database performance, implementation, improvement and management, the release pipeline including automated testing (functionally, non-functionally). For our team in Poland, we are looking for a IT Application Support Engineer technically passionate, solution-focused and able to contribute to design and development of a platform built with usage of ION trading platform API. Our team is a part of the Financial Markets & Group Treasury Investing IT area of ING. Aside of maintenance of the platform and daily communication with business users you will participate in automation in the context of CI/CD, testing and monitoring for more effective workplace.
