We are looking for a Service Now on behalf of our client, a well-known and fast-growing technology company offering a stable, long-term project in a modern environment. Contract: B2B  Remote from Poland Overview As a ServiceNow Developer specializing in Event Management, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow ITOM solutions, particularly focusing on Event Management and CMDB modules. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, monitoring, and automation of IT infrastructure events. Key Responsibilities: Design Development E2E Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules, especially Event Management and Operational Intelligence. Develop and maintain integrations with third-party monitoring tools and IT systems.Implement CI correlation to ensure accurate mapping and relationships in CMDB. Maintenance Support Perform routine maintenance tasks including patching, upgrades, and performance tuning. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Event Management implementations. Participate in on-call rotations to support critical infrastructure. Required Skills Experience Technical Expertise 7 years of ServiceNow development hands on experience. Strong hands-on experience with Event Management andor CMDB modules. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, RESTSOAP APIs. Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.).
