‍ Zapewnianie wsparcia na poziomie Tier 1, odpowiadanie na typowe pytania dotyczące API oraz przekazywanie problemów technicznych do zespołu deweloperskiego, gdy jest to konieczne.
Ścisła współpraca z zespołem deweloperskim oraz menedżerami produktu w celu priorytetyzacji potrzeb klientów, przekazywania opinii oraz synchronizacji nadchodzących aktualizacji.

Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie.
Dobra znajomość  Jira, Confluence, Slack oraz  MS Office .

Doświadczenie w pracy ze wskaźnikami KPI lub podejmowaniu decyzji opartych na danych.
Zrozumienie procesów tworzenia oprogramowania.
Doświadczenie w pracy z interfejsami API.
