We’re looking for a versatile, results-oriented marketer to build awareness, engagement, and growth for CIC’s Innovation Ecosystem Services and Expansion initiatives. This “full stack” marketer will blend strategy and hands-on execution across the full marketing mix — from content creation and event marketing to digital campaigns and partnerships. CIC builds and operates a global network of innovation campuses where startups, scale-ups, corporations and public entities connect, work, and grow. Founded in 1999, CIC manages more than 111,000 square meters of innovation-focused workspace, laboratories, and event space across North America, Europe and Asia. Additionally, CIC develops innovation-related programming, builds and enables industry clusters, and provides world-class innovation consulting. CIC Warsaw, opened in 2020, is one of the largest innovation-oriented centers in Europe. Our office is located directly next to the Warsaw Central train station and is housed within Varso Place, a new landmark on Warsaw’s map with the tallest building in the EU. Our Warsaw team consists not only of community and relationship teams working together to provide the best community experience but also finance, IT, software and talent teams supporting our global efforts. This Warsaw-based role blends strategic input with substantial hands-on marketing execution. As the first dedicated marketer for CIC Catalyst, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the brand, narrative, and overall marketing strategy for our expanding innovation ecosystem business line. You’ll report to the Digital Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with consulting, expansion, and global marketing teams to support high-impact initiatives — including new market launches and major innovation programs. While highly cross-functional, this role does not involve team management at this stage. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams while fully owning the planning and production of polished, high-quality marketing outputs — and who is excited by the opportunity to influence how a strategic business line is positioned globally. Develop and execute marketing strategies for CIC’s innovation ecosystem projects, including new market entries and consulting engagements. Build integrated campaigns combining digital and offline advertising, email marketing, social media, PR, events, and grassroots outreach. Partner with project leads to shape messaging, positioning, and storytelling for diverse audiences. Produce (and occasionally oversee the creation of) marketing materials — web content, landing pages, case studies, decks, videos, and collateral — tailored to each initiative. Lead event marketing efforts, from thought leadership panels to large-scale launches, ensuring strong attendance and high-quality brand experience. Manage vendor relationships as needed, including design, PR, and media agencies. Track and report on marketing performance, optimizing tactics based on data and feedback. Support PR and media relations, including identifying speaking opportunities, coordinating interviews, and drafting press releases. Serve as a bridge between CIC’s marketing, sales, and innovation ecosystem teams, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing. You thrive in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments and can shift easily between strategic thinking and tactical execution. You’re creative, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. You excel at telling stories that inspire action — and you know how to back them up with measurable results. 5+ years of experience in B2B/B2G/B2E marketing, ideally with exposure to consulting, innovation, or ecosystem-building sectors ~ Demonstrated ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, PR, and events. ~ Project Management skills and experience with tools such as Asana, Jira, Notion, etc. ~ Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with experience crafting content for diverse audiences. ~ Hands-on experience managing and optimizing marketing tools (HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.), with the ability to independently create and update landing pages and web content. ~ English proficiency at a native or C2 level. ~ ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney) for marketing applications such as content creation, campaign optimization, and creative asset development. ~ Bonus: experience marketing professional services, international programs, or government/corporate partnerships. ~ Full-time employment contract (no B2B option).
