Compensation & Benefits 1,760 gross/month × 14 salaries Uncapped quarterly performance bonus based on results MondayFriday schedule no weekend work Private medical, dental, and wellness support Performance-based advancement and internal career mobility Paid time off, structured onboarding, and continuous training Multicultural, inclusive workplace with strong development focus Access to hundreds of free professional coursesRelocation Package (for candidates moving from abroad) 3 weeks of free hotel accommodation near the office Up to 300 relocation support (paid with first salary) Legal/administrative support for hiring documents (candidate must provide required papers) What You'll Do Reach out to prospects to understand their needs and propose tailored product solutions Research customer history (Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) to uncover upsell & cross-sell opportunities Conduct product demonstrations and prepare customer-specific value use cases Manage a dynamic pipeline and report accurate forecasts Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve product adoption Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers What You Bring Excellent communication skills in German and English 1+ year of outbound sales experience (prospecting, qualification, negotiation, closing) Understanding of cloud-based solutions and subscription models Ability to identify customer needs and drive outcomes across phone, email, and social channels Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with customer and market data Confidence in presenting to high-level executives In this position, you'll combine customer success, strategic sales, and relationship management. You will manage your book of business, identify growth opportunities, and generate revenue through upselling and cross-selling. This role is ideal for commercially driven professionals eager to develop in a global environment.
