Job Description

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is looking for an analyst to join the Transfer Agency Systems department. You will be a part of group developing variety of projects to support and enhance suite of TA Core and Client applications and tools. The team is located in Poland (mainly in Cracow), Luxembourg and U.S. and cooperates mostly with stakeholders in European locations (Krakow, Dublin, Luxembourg), Boston and Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Working with Business Stakeholders groups to understand requirements and formulate user stories

• Cooperating with System Architects to prepare various technical options and recommendations for solutions to business problems and presenting them to the Business Stakeholders

• Working very closely with the Development Team (developers and testers) throughout the entire software development lifecycle to explain the business needs – e.g. daily stand ups, kick-off meetings

• Maintaining documentation describing business logic and application behavior

• Working with Production Support Group to help in incidents analysis

Qualifications:

• 6+ Experience in analysis for IT projects adjust to changing priorities

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must

• Focus on true business needs and incremental delivery

• Ability to create stories in line with "INVEST" principles

• SQL programming skills with ability to write simple Oracle queries

• Ability to adjust to changing priorities
