Fulfilment & Business Process Specialist

Opis stanowiska
  • Projektowanie i nadzór nad wdrażaniem nowych procesów i ich integracją z systemem ERP (IFS).
  • Przygotowywanie zestawień i raportów w excel i Power BI.
  • Zarządzanie danymi w systemie.
  • Optymalizacja i dostosowanie procesów biznesowych do celów organizacyjnych i standardów grupy.
  • Analiza i usprawnianie istniejących procesów we współpracy z innymi krajami jednostki biznesowej.
  • Monitorowanie efektywności wdrożonych procesów i proponowanie dalszych usprawnień.
  • Udział w projektach transformacyjnych i automatyzacyjnych.
  • Zapewnienie zgodności procesów z regulacjami prawnymi i wewnętrznymi standardami.
  • Wsparcie i prowadzenie  szkoleń z nowych procesów.
Kwalifikacje
  • Znajomość systemów ERP, preferowane SAP lub IFS.
  • Doświadczenie w Project Managemencie.  
  • Biegła znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego w mowie i piśmie.
  • Odporność na stres oraz dobra obsługa MS Office (w szczególności Excel), systemów online, baz danych i narzędzi typu PowerBI.
  • Umiejętność pracy zespołowej, chęć nauki i zaangażowanie w realizację wizji firmy.
  • Silne umiejętności analityczne i koncepcyjne w zakresie raportowania i rozwoju.
  • Samodzielność, dokładność i rzetelność w działaniu.
