We are currently looking for a Onboarding Process Specialist ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.What you will be doing?

As the Onboarding Process Specialist, you'll be the pivotal force behind designing, optimizing, and managing a smooth, efficient, and compliant onboarding experience for our clients, partners, or internal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Management & Optimization: Own the full lifecycle of onboarding processes. Analyze, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to drive efficiency, documentation, and potential automation.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with departments (Sales, Legal, IT, Operations) to ensure timely, consistent, and efficient process execution.

Compliance & Reporting: Create and maintain accurate process and regulatory documentation. Monitor key KPIs and report on onboarding performance to management.

Support & Training: Resolve operational queries related to onboarding status and conduct training sessions for involved teams.

Skills you should have

3+ years of experience in process management, operations, or an onboarding role within a corporate or financial setting.

Proven analytical skills with a track record of identifying issues and proposing effective solutions.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational/time management skills.

Ability to work independently, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach.

Fluency in English (B2+).
