German-Speaking Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and communicative German-speaking professional to support client onboarding for the their platform. This role involves direct outreach, stakeholder engagement, and guiding partners through compliance and integration processes.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders via phone and email using a client-provided contact list

Schedule and coordinate meetings with relevant parties

Clearly explain the initiatives and its compliance requirements

Coach stakeholders through the onboarding process to the platform

Share relevant documentation and onboarding materials

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for in-depth client discussions when needed

Identify and generate qualified leads through outreach and engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluency in German (spoken and written)

  • Good command of English (preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups professionally

  • Experience in client-facing roles, onboarding, or technical coordination is a plus

  • Familiarity with compliance processes or digital platforms is an advantage
