Order Management & Billing Specialist – German-speaking (Poland)

Location:
Poland (preferably Warsaw) or Hybrid (Remote with 1 weekly office visit)

Contract:
2 years (renewable)

Salary:
~55,614 zł gross per month (Poland)

About the Role:

We are looking for a
German-speaking Order Management & Billing Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer orders end-to-end, ensure accurate billing processes, and support internal and external stakeholders across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders from initiation to completion
  • Prepare and validate billing documentation and ensure accurate invoice generation
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support order fulfillment and resolve issues
  • Maintain customer records and billing information
  • Provide support to internal and external clients in German (Poland role)
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial controls

Technical & Functional Requirements:

  • Proven experience in order management, billing, or similar administrative/finance operations role
  • Fluent in
    German
    (for Poland role)
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Experience with
    Salesforce, Oracle ERP, ServiceNow
    , and CRM tools
  • Strong order management skills, including subscriptions, orders, and ERP configuration
  • Corporate experience preferred—understanding reconciliations, error resolution, and system transitions
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex tasks independently
  • Basic math, Excel, data investigation, and analysis skills

Preferred Experience:

  • 5+ years of SAP experience (can transition to Oracle ERP)
  • 3–4 years in General Ledger (GL) with ERP experience
  • Substantial corporate experience; not an entry-level role
