About the role

We're looking for an email‑first marketer with the technical awareness to build and manage the systems that support high‑performance outreach. This is not a heavy engineering automation job. It's a hands‑on execution role focused on writing, testing, and improving email campaigns, managing deliverability, and building the workflows that keep everything running smoothly.

You'll work across our brands — Image Foundry Studios, The Pixel Workshop, and AiGENiQ — helping us reach the right ICPs, build clean prospect lists, and run campaigns that convert. You'll be heavily involved in sourcing leads, refining audiences, managing data quality, and making sure the outreach engine stays sharp.

You'll also support LinkedIn outreach and help shape our YouTube content workflows. This is a role for someone who is naturally curious, entrepreneurial in mindset, and motivated by building efficient, scalable marketing systems.

What you will do

  • Create, schedule, and optimise email outreach and nurture campaigns.
  • Write high‑quality email copy for international B2B audiences.
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, messages, angles, hooks, and sequences.
  • Manage email deliverability using tools like Instantly, Lemlist, Woodpecker, or similar.
  • Build and maintain simple, effective CRM automations to support outreach.
  • Source new leads and identify accurate ICPs and decision‑makers across relevant industries.
  • Use tools and databases to find, verify, and clean prospect lists.
  • Manage bouncebacks, soft/hard bounces, invalid domains, and sender reputation.
  • Maintain clean, segmented lists with correct tagging and workflow assignment.
  • Develop new outreach ideas, messaging cycles, and multi‑channel strategies.
  • Support LinkedIn outreach (copy, targeting, campaign setup).
  • Assist with planning and workflows for our YouTube marketing channel.
  • Integrate workflows with other systems (CRM, LinkedIn tools, forms, landing pages).
  • Use AI tools to speed up research, ideation, content variation, and optimisation.

What we are looking for

  • Expert-level email marketing ability, with real-world examples of strong outreach.
  • Impeccable written and spoken English — absolutely non‑negotiable.
  • Experience using outreach tools like Instantly or similar platforms.
  • Strong ability to identify, source, and verify ICPs and leads.
  • Solid understanding of B2B buying roles and how to target decision‑makers.
  • Experience with Go High Level, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.
  • Capable of building basic automations in Zapier, Make, or native CRM workflows.
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable iterating based on data.
  • Highly detailed approach; disciplined with data quality and sender reputation.
  • Experience working with international teams and overseas markets.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and able to learn new tools quickly.

Working hours

  • UK‑aligned schedule: UK working hours pm (1 hour lunch)
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Remote role with daily communication via Slack, Zoom, and ClickUp.

  • Effective multi‑step messaging cycles that align email and LinkedIn.

  • Strong collaboration across marketing, sales, and leadership.
