What You Can Expect

  • Collect and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll, and employee surveys.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to track key metrics, such as turnover, headcount, and employee engagement.
  • Support HR decision-making by providing data analysis and recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in HR reporting and analytics.
  • Research and evaluate new HR analytics tools and technologies.

What You Bring To The Table

  • 2+ years of experience in HR reporting and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, data analysis software, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
