Zakres

- Definicja roadmapy jakości, najlepszych praktyk i metryk (KPI), zarządzanie ryzykiem.
- Współpraca z Delivery, Data Science, Engineering i Compliance/Regulatory.
- Mentoring zespołów, adopcja CI/CD (GitHub Actions), wersjonowanie i śledzalność (GitHub).
Wymagania
- Doświadczenie strategiczne w pharma IT / healthcare data analytics / research.
- Silne przywództwo i wpływ na kulturę jakości.
- Ekspertyza w automatyzacji i CI/CD (RobotFramework, Tosca, Selenium, GitHub/Actions, Xray).
- Znajomość standardów jakości/regulacyjnych, walidacji danych i reproducibility.
- Doskonała komunikacja i współpraca z zespołami wielodyscyplinarnymi oraz kadrą zarządzającą.

Software Quality Engineering Strategist
to define and drive the
test automation strategy
for pharma research & data analytics platforms. This is a
vision + hands-on
role: build a scalable quality framework (Robot Framework,
Tosca
,
Selenium
,
Xray
,
GitHub/Actions
),
lead an automation team,
embed quality across SDLC, establish KPIs/metrics, and ensure compliance (reproducibility, data integrity).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a scalable QA framework for research/data analytics applications.
- Set the quality vision, roadmap, best practices, and KPIs; manage risk & quality levels.
- Partner with Delivery, Data Science, Engineering, and Regulatory/Compliance.
- Mentor teams, drive CI/CD adoption (GitHub Actions), versioning and traceability (GitHub).
Key Requirements
- Strategic quality engineering experience in pharma IT / healthcare data analytics / research.
- Strong leadership and ability to influence quality culture.
- Deep expertise in automation and CI/CD (RobotFramework, Tosca, Selenium, GitHub/Actions, Xray).
- Solid grasp of regulatory quality standards, data validation, and reproducibility.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and executives.
