About the employer:

The client is an IT services provider specializing in software development, IT consulting, and digital transformation. It helps businesses improve operations and customer experiences through custom solutions, cloud services, and data analytics.

Responsibilities:
  • provide technical leadership, set implementation direction, ensure quality, and promote best engineering practices,
  • coordinate with stakeholders to create feasible plans, realistic estimates, and clear roadmap milestones,
  • align delivery with business goals, translate product vision into actionable tasks, manage risks, and remove blockers, design and deploy Kubernetes-based data services (PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, Kafka, MongoDB, Spark) using Helm, GitOps, Operators, and CI/CD automation with full observability,
  • build and maintain Kubernetes management platforms using IaC (e.g., Terraform), ensuring high availability, security (RBAC, pod security, secrets, network policies), service mesh integration, and comprehensive monitoring/logging.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of general IT experience, 5+ years of leadership experience, shown by successful implementation of large

    scale IT projects,
  • 3+ years of Data services experience,
  • extensive experience in developing and maintaining SQL and NoSQL databases and streaming solutions,
  • experience with agile methodologies, i.e. Scrum and Kanban,
  • proven experience in Data Engineering with a focus on designing and implementing scalable data architectures,

    familiarity with modern data technologies and cloud services., represented by project history.
