Accounts Payable Intern

For Linklaters Office in Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Accounts Payable Intern role.

Your role:

  • Review and post invoices and travel expenses

  • Check quality of supporting documentation

  • Communicate with business regarding coding of invoices, follow global policies and guidelines

  • Work with the business to have invoices approved, chase approvers when required

  • Act as a contact point for Vendors and Employees

  • Maintain vendor files

Your experience:

  • Fluent English

  • Started or graduated with a university degree in finance or professional accounting course

  • Quality oriented, attention to detail and accuracy

  • Customer focused and service orientated

  • Ability to cope with changing priorities of the team and fluctuating volumes

  • Well organized, works efficiently under pressure

Working arrangements

  • Based in Warsaw, with a hybrid working model (two days per week in the office).

  • Part-time internship: at least 30 hours per week.

  • Civil-contract

  • 12-month internship
