At Webfleet we are looking for an
Intern Accounts Payable
to join our team in Warsaw. Webfleet is a subsidiary of Bridgestone EMIA and is dedicated to fleet management and connected car services. We are at the forefront of the digital transformation of Bridgestone, moving from being one of the world's biggest tire manufacturers to a sustainable solutions company. Our business unit serves the company's entire digital mobility solutions portfolio and includes Europe's leading telematics solution provider, Webfleet Solutions. With over 50,000 customers worldwide and services for drivers in more than 100 countries, we are making connected vehicle data meaningful and using it to drive innovation in the industry.

Here is a little taste of your challenge:

  • Verifying data on incoming invoices;
  • Managing workflow of invoices;
  • Resolving issues and answering queries of vendors and of our employees.

Who are you:

  • Experience of working in a position that required contact with customers or vendors;
  • Experience of working with SAP and with Readsoft system will be a strong asset;
  • Person with attention to details, able to work in a structured way, service oriented;
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills;
  • Advanced in English (written and verbal).
