Podsumowanie roli:

Poszukujemy osoby, która obejmie odpowiedzialność za opracowanie i realizację strategii rynkowej dla przypisanych kategorii produktowych w regionie EMEA. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie wspierać rozwój biznesu poprzez analizę rynku, identyfikację nowych możliwości oraz współpracę z zespołami sprzedaży, marketingu, inżynierii i operacji, aby zwiększać przychody, rentowność oraz udział w rynku.

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Opracowywanie i wdrażanie strategii rynkowej dla produktów w regionie EMEA;
  • Analiza rynku wtórnego (Aftermarket) oraz monitorowanie jego trendów i dynamiki;
  • Zbieranie i interpretacja danych rynkowych w celu identyfikacji szans rozwojowych i potencjalnych zagrożeń;
  • Przygotowywanie analiz biznesowych i planów strategicznych dla nowych inicjatyw produktowych;
  • Analiza konkurencji oraz definiowanie pozycji rynkowej i propozycji wartości dla produktów;
  • Wsparcie w opracowywaniu strategii cenowej i analizie rentowności produktów;
  • Ścisła współpraca z działami Sprzedaży, Marketingu, Inżynierii i Operacji w zakresie dopasowania rozwoju produktów do potrzeb rynku;
  • Monitorowanie wyników produktów i inicjowanie działań korygujących w celu optymalizacji wyników rynkowych;
  • Współtworzenie segmentacji rynku i wspieranie prognoz sprzedażowych dla nowych i istniejących produktów;
  • Udział w spotkaniach z klientami, targach i wydarzeniach branżowych w celu wzmocnienia widoczności marki;
  • Zapewnienie zgodności działań z oczekiwaniami klientów oraz potencjałem rynkowym w poszczególnych segmentach.

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe w zakresie biznesu, zarządzania lub inżynierii (mile widziane studia MBA);
  • Doświadczenie w zakresie strategii rynkowej lub zarządzania produktami w branży Automotive Aftermarket;
  • Dobra znajomość wskaźników finansowych i procesów planowania strategicznego;
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego oraz jednego z głównych języków europejskich;
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office; znajomość systemu SAP będzie dodatkowym atutem;
  • Gotowość do podróży służbowych w regionie EMEA (do 25% czasu pracy).
  • Umiejętność analizy rynku i myślenia strategicznego;
  • Skuteczna komunikacja i umiejętność współpracy z różnymi interesariuszami;
  • Proaktywne podejście, dobra organizacja pracy i orientacja na wyniki;
  • Zdolność negocjacji i rozwiązywania problemów w dynamicznym środowisku;
  • Umiejętność pracy międzydziałowej oraz elastyczność w działaniu.
