Our ideal candidate:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in B2B.

  • At least 1 year of dealer relationship manager experience or another relevant role in the agricultural space.

  • Service and relationship-oriented

  • Ambitious, outgoing and comfortable working towards challenging dealer acquisition and growth targets.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and/or German (C1/C2 level at least).

  • Other European languages at C level - a strong bonus.

  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with the team and with business partners.

Your responsibilities:

  • Close agreements with new dealers and organise and orchestrate their onboarding process.

  • Youll be working with inbound dealer requests, outreach digital campaigns and with outbound calls.

  • Monitor and nurture existing dealer relationships to make them FieldBee super-sellers and increase order volumes;

  • Support, own and monitor on-time delivery of marketing and sales materials, brochures, etc to dealers.

  • Review and improve the dealers relationship conditions, markets overviews

  • Work closely with our CRM system; own all data and processes in the CRMs dealers funnel.
