We are currently looking for a Logistics Process Coordinator to join our team in Szczecin.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in implementing a new ERP and WMS system.
  • Data analysis and reporting of logistics metrics.
  • Optimizing logistics processes through continuous improvement and planning corrective actions.
  • Supervision of the effective execution of cycle counting inventory.
  • Monitoring and optimizing operating costs related to warehouse operations.
  • Process mapping.
  • Coordination of tasks related to CAPA, PNCR, Problem Solving.
  • Ongoing maintenance and updating of process documentation.

Your profile:

  • Higher education degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the field of Logistics.
  • Knowledge of logistics, forwarding, and transportation processes.
  • Understanding of supply chain management, especially warehouse principles and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and solid business understanding.
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and WMS modules.
  • Intermediate level of English.
