We are looking for an experienced
International Key Account MAnager CEE
to drive
distribution markets
in Poland and across Central and Eastern Europe, for our Client, FMCG company. This role focuses on executing the company's strategy, building strong partnerships with leading retail chains, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives.

Our client, is one of the leader on the market distributor, operating across multiple global markets, specialize in building strong partnerships with top retail chains and delivering innovative beauty solutions to consumers worldwide.
Opis stanowiska
- Develop and grow distribution in Poland and CEE markets in line with company strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners (nice to have experience in cooperation with Douglas, Sephora)
- Lead negotiations based on market analysis, company needs, competitive insights, and partner feedback
- Prepare commercial and promotional offers to achieve business goals
- Collaborate closely with Sales Manager and Brand Managers to adapt campaigns and sales tools to local market specifics
- Work with field teams to identify product demand within retail networks
- Manage the structure of company representatives across international markets
Profil kandydata
- Several years of experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably in FMCG or related industries
- Strong results orientation, effectiveness, and determination to achieve goals
- Proactive approach and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent negotiation, sales, and analytical skills
- Experience managing international sales, especially in CEE markets
- Knowledge of local market specifics and consumer trends
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
