Opis stanowiska:

  • Kompleksowe zarządzanie produktem oraz salonami stacjonarnymi GOMEZ w Poznaniu, Swadzimiu i Warszawie;
  • Zarządzanie podległym zespołem (kadrą zarządczą salonów stacjonarnych oraz zespołem sprzedażowym);
  • Realizacja założonych planów sprzedażowych;
  • Kontrola obowiązujących standardów i procedur;
  • Budowanie pozytywnego wizerunku firmy na rynku i długotrwałej relacji z klientem;
  • Rozwój sieci salonów stacjonarnych;
  • Poszukiwania innowacyjnych kanałów sprzedaży;
  • Optymalizacja i rozwój procesów sprzedażowych;
  • Kontrola i ocena pracy podległego zespołu;
  • Realizowanie zadań operacyjnych;
  • Analiza działań konkurencji;
  • Organizowanie pracy własnej;
  • Motywowanie zespołu do działania oraz wspieranie i rozwijanie współpracowników;
  • Współpraca z Zarządem oraz innymi działami w firmie.

Wymagania:

  • Doświadczenia na stanowisku Retail Managera / Kierownika Regionalnego salonów odzieżowych (warunek konieczny) marek premium i luksusowych (mile widziane);
  • Wykształcenie min. średnie (mile widziane wyższe);
  • Zainteresowanie branżą fashion;
  • Wiedza z zakresu technik sprzedaży, kanałów dotarcia do klienta, procesów sprzedażowych;
  • Wiedza z zakresu rozwoju sieci salonów stacjonarnych;
  • Zdolności analityczne;
  • Duża samodzielność w działaniu;
  • Kompetencje zarządcze;
  • Wysoka odpowiedzialność za powierzone zadania;
  • Zdolności organizacyjne i konsekwencja w działaniu;
  • Wysoki poziomu komunikatywności;
  • Znajomość obsługi komputera, MS Office (szczególnie MS Excel), znajomość obsługi kasy fiskalnej;
  • Mile widziana znajomość systemu ERP - SAP Business One;
  • Zaangażowanie i otwartość na nowe rozwiązania;
  • Kreatywność;
  • Umiejętność współpracy;
  • Znajomość j. angielskiego na poziomie minimum B2;
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B.
