Investment Funds Operations Junior Analyst

Investment funds analyst will ensure a correct, timely and secure transaction and event processing for Investment Funds (subscription, redemption, fund launch process, free of payment transfers as well as various corporate actions) from the moment of receipt to the time of settlement.

Responsibilities:

• Processing, verification and record keeping for investment products based on the provided documentation and instruction
• Support Investment Operations in daily activities
• Investigating discrepancies and ensuring strong internal controls
• Identifying inconsistencies in the process and mitigating risks in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining communication and relations with internal and external key stakeholders from multiple locations
• Contributing to the completion and maintenance of procedures and SLA
• Participation in UAT testing for new systems, products or functionalities

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in back office position, operations at investment banks: fund accounting, transaction processing, booking transations on investment funds.
• Understanding of Investment Products and Financial Markets
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VBA experience is a plus)
• Very good command of English
• University degree at relevant studies (finance, economy, accounting)
• Nice to have: knowledge and experience with SWIFT messages
