Private Bank Investment Operations Analyst

Citi Private Bank Investment Operations Analyst is the intermediate level position within EMEA Private Bank Investment Operations, which provides operational support to Private Bank Investment Business covering products like: Traditional Investments, Mutual and Alternative Investment Funds, Equities, Fixed income, Foreign exchange, Derivatives and Structured products.
The overall objective of this role is to process and monitor execution, settlement of transactions, maintain the records on client accounts, assess, analyze and/or evaluate processes and data as well as reference data management such as securities creation/maintenance and asset pricing function.

Job responsibilities include:

• Processing, verification and record keeping for investment products based on the provided documentation/instruction
• Supporting Investment Operations in daily activities
• Investigating discrepancies and ensuring strong internal controls
• Identifying inconsistencies in the process and mitigating risks in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining communication and relations with internal and external key stakeholders from multiple locations
• Contributing to the completion and maintenance of procedures and SLA
• Participation and coordination of the UAT test for new systems / products or functionalities
• Contributing to business goals

If you are a motivated, dedicated person who:

• Has 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Has Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• Understands Investment Products and Financial Markets
• Has a very good command of English
• Has the ability to learn quickly and is willing to acquire new skills
• Has strong Microsoft Excel skills (VBA- nice to have)
• Is a Team Player
• Is able to work in a fast-paced environment
