Our portfolio includes photovoltaics (PV, our main technology), wind power, and large-scale energy storage systems (BESS). R.Power is one of the largest independent renewable energy companies in Europe. Due to the company's growth, we are looking for:

Investment Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Head of Invesment in evaluating renewable energy investment projects (photovoltaic farms, BESS, hybrid projects) in Poland and abroad (currently Western Europe and CEE);
  • Creating and maintaining analytical tools and financial models;
  • Preparing Investment Memorandums, financial analyses, and other documentation for the Group Investment Committee;
  • Analyzing the performance of photovoltaic farms and other assets in the operational phase;
  • Preparing financial summaries and settlements related to bank financing, as well as conducting other financial and market analyses;
  • Forecasting and analyzing revenues from photovoltaic, wind farms, and BESS;
  • Ongoing collaboration with project teams and other departments within R.Power, as well as with banks and external advisors.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of MS Excel and understanding of financial modeling and valuation concepts;
  • Experience gained in financial advisory departments (Big 4, investment boutiques), corporate banking, or investment banking;
  • Higher education degree;
  • Very good command of English;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues;
  • Analytical skills;
  • Organizational abilities and excellent work organization;
  • Commitment and independence;
  • Ability to work under time pressure.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with SQL and data analysis using Python.
