Cel roli
Zarządzanie portfelem produktów z obszaru OZE i technologii wodorowych. Odpowiedzialność za tworzenie, rozwój i wprowadzanie na rynek innowacyjnych rozwiązań wspierających strategię zrównoważonego rozwoju firmy.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Definiowanie i realizacja strategii produktowej w obszarze OZE i H2.
  • Analiza trendów, konkurencji i nowych możliwości rynkowych.
  • Tworzenie roadmapy produktów, priorytetyzacja inicjatyw i zarządzanie cyklem życia.
  • Aktywne zarządzanie istniejącymi produktami, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem technologii wodorowych.
  • Identyfikacja luk produktowych i inicjowanie nowych rozwiązań.
  • Opracowanie strategii cenowej i pozycjonowania produktów.
  • Tworzenie materiałów marketingowych i sprzedażowych.
  • Wsparcie działów Sprzedaży i Marketingu w promocji i dystrybucji.
  • Organizacja udziału firmy w targach i wydarzeniach branżowych.
  • Koordynowanie pełnego procesu wdrożenia nowych produktów.
  • Budowanie relacji z kluczowymi interesariuszami wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi.
  • Reprezentowanie firmy podczas konferencji, targów i spotkań branżowych.

Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (energetyka, inżynieria środowiska, chemia, elektrotechnika, mechanika) lub ekonomiczne z naciskiem na zarządzanie produktem/energetykę.
  • Doświadczenie - Regular: 3–5 lat w zarządzaniu produktem, rozwoju biznesu lub rolach pokrewnych w sektorze energetycznym (preferowane OZE/H2).
  • Doświadczenie - Senior: 5–8 lat na podobnym stanowisku, z sukcesami w prowadzeniu złożonych portfeli i wdrażaniu innowacyjnych produktów.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość rynku OZE i technologii wodorowych.
  • Zrozumienie technologii PV, magazynowania energii, elektrolizy i ogniw paliwowych.
  • Znajomość cyklu życia produktu i metodyk product managementu.
  • Silne umiejętności analityczne, strategiczne, komunikacyjne i interpersonalne.
  • Umiejętność pracy z interesariuszami, prowadzenia prezentacji i negocjacji.
  • Biegły angielski; drugi język będzie atutem.
  • Praktyczna znajomość narzędzi projektowych (np. Jira, MS Project) i MS Office.

Mile widziane

  • Doświadczenie w środowisku międzynarodowym.
  • Wiedza z marketingu B2B w sektorze energetycznym.
  • Certyfikaty z zakresu product/project managementu.
