Develocraft is currently looking for a
Product Manager
to join our Client's growing team.

The project focuses on developing predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions for the UK automotive market. It leverages extensive datasets on vehicles and dealership service transactions to deliver impactful business products. These solutions are aimed at forecasting market trends, optimizing operations, and empowering data-driven decision-making.

What we offer:

B2B: 130 – 145 PLN net/h or CoE: PLN gross/month

Start date: ASAP

At first, this role will be remote. After the office in Gdańsk opens, you will move to a hybrid setup, working from the office 1–2 days a week.

Benefits will be provided later, due to the opening of a new company in Poland.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and clearly communicate the product vision for the team.
  • Align local initiatives with the broader company product road map.
  • Define feature requirements, success metrics, and measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure the team delivers capabilities that create real business value.
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, and UK-based teams to plan and execute product releases.
  • Provide clear documentation and communication around product objectives, feature scope, and the reasoning behind decisions.
  • Serve as the product's advocate, maintaining alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Apply knowledge of AI/ML technologies to inform feature design and prioritization.
  • Ensure products remain user-centric, competitive, and innovative in a fast-changing market.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a comparable role within a technology-driven environment.
  • Solid background in product strategy, requirements definition, and owning the product roadmap.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities, with the skill to turn complex concepts into actionable plans.
  • Experience collaborating with distributed teams and international stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and how they can be applied in product development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a user-centric mindset.
