Key responsibilities

  • Own and clearly communicate the product vision for the team.
  • Align local initiatives with the broader company product roadmap.
  • Define feature requirements, success metrics, and measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure the team delivers capabilities that create real business value.
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, and UK-based teams to plan and execute product releases.
  • Provide clear documentation and communication around product objectives, feature scope, and the reasoning behind decisions.
  • Serve as the product's advocate, maintaining alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Apply knowledge of AI/ML technologies to inform feature design and prioritization.
  • Ensure products remain user-centric, competitive, and innovative in a fast-changing market.
