Sales Support Executive

Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Wsparcie zespołu sprzedaży w zadaniach administracyjnych, koordynacji oraz przygotowywaniu prezentacji i materiałów sprzedażowych.
  • Tworzenie i aktualizowanie raportów dotyczących działań zespołu terenowego, kampanii trade marketingowych oraz monitoringu konkurencji.
  • Koordynacja współpracy z zespołem terenowym w zakresie zbierania, konsolidacji i analizy danych rynkowych.
  • Wsparcie przy planowaniu i realizacji inicjatyw oraz kampanii trade marketingowych.
  • Obsługa zamówień: wprowadzanie, śledzenie oraz monitorowanie terminowej realizacji i dostaw.
  • Współpraca z działami Logistyki, Finansów, Sprzedaży i HR w celu rozwiązywania problemów i zapewnienia sprawnego przepływu procesów.
  • Kooperacja z magazynem i zespołami logistycznymi w zakresie przetwarzania zamówień, dostaw oraz zgodności procesów fakturowania.
  • Organizacja spotkań, obsługa gości oraz rezerwacje podróży służbowych.
  • Wsparcie procesu onboardingu, obsługa procesów HR (faktury, wydatki, karty paliwowe).
  • Udział w spotkaniach międzydziałowych, współudział w usprawnianiu procesów oraz realizacja innych zadań zleconych.

Nasze wymagania

  • Proaktywna, samodzielna i zdeterminowana osobowość.
  • Wykształcenie wyższe lub w trakcie studiów.
  • 2–3 lata doświadczenia zawodowego w podobnym obszarze.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikacje (min. B2).
  • Biegła obsługa pakietu MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Silne umiejętności analityczne: zdolność do dokładnej analizy dużych zbiorów danych i wyciągania wniosków.
  • Elastyczność i umiejętność priorytetyzowania zadań.
  • Rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacji interpersonalnej.
  • Gotowość do pracy w środowisku międzynarodowym; umiejętność efektywnej komunikacji z różnorodnymi interesariuszami w organizacji.
