Location: This role can be based either in Poland (Warsaw or remote), or Germany (remote)

About the Role

As a Sales Account Executive, you'll be a key driver of our commercial growth. You'll own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and validating opportunities to closing deals with hospitals, ambulatory groups, and pharma companies.

This role is perfect for a motivated sales professional who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments. You'll act as a trusted partner to healthcare organizations, helping them understand how our platform can transform their patient relationships and clinical outcomes.

You'll combine strategy and hustle - balancing hands-on outreach with structured deal management - and directly shape the company's success as we scale across Europe.

What You'll Do

  • Own the entire sales cycle - from first contact and qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Drive Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) by engaging and converting key accounts within your territory.
  • Act as a consultative partner - clearly articulate our value proposition through tailored presentations and demos.
  • Acquire and engage buying centers at hospitals, ambulatory groups, and pharmaceutical companies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing to optimize messaging and lead generation, and with Product & Delivery to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in HubSpot to measure progress and performance.
  • Share feedback from the field to help shape go-to-market strategy and inform product development.

About You

  • 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, health tech, or digital solutions.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and cold calling, with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Skilled at closing deals independently and managing multiple stakeholders within complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Polish and English (other languages are a

  • Resilient, ambitious, and proactive, with a strong growth mindset and a passion for learning
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and eager to take ownership
  • Familiar with HubSpot, Google Suite, and Slack
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
