Aztrum is pleased to announce a new partnership with a multi-award-winning architectural practice based in Cornwall. With a strong reputation for sustainable design and Passivhaus expertise, the practice is seeking to appoint a Senior Architect to support its continued growth and delivery of low-energy residential projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities for this Senior Project Architect role:

  • Lead and deliver Passivhaus residential projects across all RIBA stages 
  • Manage client relationships and stakeholder coordination 
  • Mentor junior team members 
  • Oversee technical design and regulatory compliance 
  • Handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

Requirements for this Senior Project Architect role:

  • Certified Passivhaus Designer with PHPP experience 
  • Strong knowledge of UK planning and building regulations 
  • Skilled in whole-life carbon assessments (e.g. PHribbon, WLCA) 
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit 
  • Minimum 5 years post-Part III UK experience
