The Role

This is CL3 role, hybrid, working in an ODC (Offsite Delivery Center) 3 days a week.
Key Accountabilities
What you'll be doing:
- Provide support to all executive recruiters, helping them align with coordination teams to navigate exec offer processes faster and more efficiently
- This will include helping to open reqs, manage and follow up with executive compensation questions and processes, support in items such as visa applications or relocation support needs
- Supporting recruiters with institutional knowledge such as how to access and navigate different HR services and how to drive responsiveness from HR stakeholders
- Help support recruiters on strategic hire executive level onboarding making sure we provide a world class service to both candidate and client around day one start
- Take responsibility for driving global consistency on all Executive Talent Acquisition communications – building universal templates for key tools such as role descriptions, job ads, interview panel prep, approval email templates, as well as research documentation (such as DEI product) and competitor analysis
- Partner with recruiters to help build recruitment data presentations which drive consistent narrative on hiring trends, strategy and performance (could include for example, data analytics on our use of search firms and cost spend / diversity metrics within BU or location as well as trends in candidate origin and candidate background)
- Support on day-to-day management of the global AMS coordination team as an acceleration point alongside Executive Recruiters or Head of Exec TA
- Help drive rapid solutions through one off projects or short-term strategic assignments where recruiters are struggling to allocate time and focus away from BAU recruiting
- Overall help to solidify high standards, discipline, and accuracy in the new exec TA service – helping to build trust, credibility and respect from the respective client groups
- Monitors demand forecasts, ensuring the daily performance of the team is on target and manages capacity by keeping track of volume and capacity
- Delegates tasks and provides direction and guidance to team members, conducting audits and spot checks to ensure seamless process execution
- Ensures compliance across the team through adherence to processes, pro-actively identifying, raising and mitigating risks
- Assumes Talent Management responsibilities including but not limited to hiring, onboarding, induction, objective setting, performance management, development, and trainings for all team members.
- Serves as the first point of call for escalations, supporting the team and partnering with stakeholders to ensure quick and robust resolution
Skills & Experience
You'll need to demonstrate:
Must have:
- Demonstrable ability to lead a team to deliver operational excellence
- Track record of designing and implementing proven process solutions that have delivered measurable success across teams
- Excellent English business communication skills, written and oral, plus any client specific languages as required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel
- Must be expert level user of Workday having at least a year of direct experience
Nice to have:
- Previous end to end recruitment experience, ideally supporting executive level roles
